Privacy Policy

The Oracle is a business diagnostic from Wizard of Spas. It is designed to inspect public business information without collecting patient records or logging into private accounts.

Information you provide

The public-presence scan accepts a website address and, optionally, a business name, city, expected public business email, and social profile. These inputs are used to run the requested diagnostic. Do not enter patient names, contact details, dates of birth, treatment information, or other protected health information.

Information processed during a scan

The Oracle reads a bounded sample of public website pages, public links, metadata, structured business data, and public contact signals. It may request public performance data from Google PageSpeed Insights and public listing and review data from Google Maps Platform. It does not submit forms, execute website scripts, access private analytics, or sign into social, booking, or business-profile accounts.

Google Maps Platform content

When enabled, live listing details and selected reviews are supplied by Google Maps Platform and displayed transiently in the diagnostic. The Oracle does not include review text in downloaded reports or intentionally persist Google Maps content. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Technical information and rate limiting

Hosting and security systems may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested paths to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. The application uses short-lived, best-effort rate-limit data and does not currently maintain a customer database for scan results.

Service providers and links

The service is hosted by Vercel and may call Google services described above. Results may link to Google Maps, Spa Sorcerers on Skool, and other third-party destinations. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. We do not sell the scan inputs submitted to The Oracle.

Retention and security

Public scan results are returned directly to your browser and are not intentionally stored in an application database. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational logs under their own settings. No internet service is perfectly secure; use only business information appropriate for this diagnostic.

Your choices and contact

You can use the public scan without creating an account. You may close the page without saving a report. Until the controlled business domain is published, privacy requests and questions may be sent by direct message to @thewizardofspas on Instagram. Identify the request as relating to The Oracle and do not include patient information or other sensitive data.
