Terms of Use

These terms govern use of The Oracle, an educational med spa business-planning tool provided by Wizard of Spas.

Authorized use

Use the scanner only for a website you own, operate, or are authorized to evaluate. Do not use it to probe private systems, bypass access controls, overload a site, collect patient information, or interfere with another service. Automated bulk use and attempts to evade rate limits are prohibited.

What the diagnostic means

Results are based on a bounded sample of public information available at the time of the scan. A pass does not certify legal compliance, accessibility, deliverability, analytics accuracy, clinical quality, or future business performance. A warning can reflect incomplete public evidence rather than a confirmed defect.

No professional advice

The Oracle provides educational business-planning information only. It is not medical, legal, tax, financial, accounting, privacy, security, or regulatory advice. Obtain qualified professional review for decisions in those areas.

Google Maps content

This application includes Google Maps features and content. Listing information and selected reviews may be supplied by Google Maps Platform. Google selects and orders the displayed review sample by relevance, not necessarily by date, and the sample is not complete. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Oracle may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including Google, Vercel, Skool, and the website being scanned. Wizard of Spas does not control their availability, accuracy, policies, or content.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, limited, or unavailable without notice. Rules, data sources, scores, and recommendations may evolve as the diagnostic improves. Do not rely on the tool as the sole record of a business decision.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Wizard of Spas is not liable for decisions, losses, or third-party actions arising from use of the diagnostic.
